Booking
PAYMENT
A $10 non-refundable deposit is collected when booking your services and remaining balance is due upon completion of your appointment. Appointments are not guaranteed until the required deposit has been completed
LATE ARRIVAL
Please arrive on time to your appointment, if you are running late please contact us. Appointments delayed by more than 20 minutes will be cancelled.
CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than a 24 hour notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Failure to show up for an appointment (no-call, no-show) will result in the forfeiture of deposit and may require prepayment for future bookings.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINMENT
Please arrive with clean makeup-free eyes on the day of your appointment
Avoid wearing contact lenses the day of your appointment. if needed, we provide a complimentary contact lens case and solution for safe storage during your service
Avoid caffeine or energy drinks the day of your appointment to keep your eyes calm and steady
Please ensure your deposit is paid in full prior to your appointment
Please dress comfortable for your appointment. if you feel cold at any point during your service, feel free to request a blanket for added comfort.
If you're not feeling very talkative or your social battery is low, feel free to ask for a silent appointment
